SOME NEW LISTINGS
O Tanto: A Custom large tanto (almost a wakizashi) by my old friend Gary Bradburn. It took three tries before he got a blade that didn't crack on quench. This magnificent tanto is the result. Stark simplicity with dyed red ray skin and epoxied black ito (wrap). It is water quenched hi carbon steel using the traditional clay coating to develop a genuine hamon. The one side has a very detailed sterling silver dragon menuki. The blade is 12.5 inches long with an overall length of 16 inches. It has been a safe queen all its life. Gary has passed and I am keeping all of his smaller tanto, but I am selling this one, and this one only. He was a master of the Shobu style tanto.
Gary was famous for his Shobu style Tanto and taught many aspiring bladesmiths his craft. I have debts to pay or else this would not be for sale. I am asking $650 OBO shipping included in CONUS.
